Built for a restaurant franchise: point of sale, inventory and stock movement across locations, purchase orders, analytics, and invoice scanning that reads a supplier invoice with OCR and pulls out the line items with an LLM. It started as a Rust desktop app and got rebuilt for the web once it turned out to need multi-location, multi-user access. When the engagement ended I open-sourced it, so small cafés and franchise owners have a working starting point.

What it looks like

The dashboard a manager opens first. Stock counts and revenue up top, then the part that earns its keep: stockout predictions, reorder suggestions with quantities, and anomaly flags — generated on demand rather than on a schedule, because a cafe manager checks this twice a day, not continuously.
